Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your application or reservation, please contact us as soon as possible via the official contact form or email. The following cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your notice:

• Cancellation 7 days or more before the service date: No charge (100% refund).
• Cancellation 2–6 days before the service date: 50% of the total fee.
• Cancellation 1 day before or on the day: 100% of the total fee (No refund).

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of an approved cancellation. Please note:

• Transaction fees or banking fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For digital content, no refunds will be issued once the access link has been sent.

3. Service Modifications

In the event that 煌調和（Kouchowa）ーKirameki Harmony must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the client.
