2. Digital Content Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital content (including music downloads, digital art, and online courses) are final and non-refundable once the download link or access has been provided.
3. Physical Artworks and Merchandise Each artwork is a unique creation or a limited edition. We do not accept returns or exchanges for art pieces, CDs, or other physical merchandise due to customer preference. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will discuss a solution.
